What a time to be alive.
Where to begin to explain these last few weeks in Paris.
My team and I returned from Greece only 3 weeks ago but it already seems like so much longer. We were so thankful to not have any more van breakdowns from where we left our van in Warsaw Poland to driving it all the way back to Paris France nonstop.
Coming from Greece it was about a whole two days that we traveled before we got back to Paris, We took a ferry and a plane along with the driving. Tired but still excited to see the brand new base, We returned with our faces painted with the french flag colors as a joke to those who greeted us with so many open arms and smiles.
We were reunited with the rest of our friends who stayed at the base these last 3 months.
While we were gone on outreach across Europe the staff was in the process of pioneering what would be the new YWAM base in Paris to host discipleship training schools.
They saw God’s provision in providing a brand new warehouse building with some attached apartments to call our new base.
Along with two other buildings to house many more staff members and students of the schools throughout the year. We were so excited to return and get to see the provision that God had done while being out on the mission field.
We got a tour of the new base for the first time upon returning to Paris.

During our last two weeks of outreach we spent it here in Paris helping with some of the pioneering process.
We helped paint lots of walls white and set up lots of bunk beds. We helped to find good deals online for storage and furniture for the new houses and we also got to help in being apart of a conference here in Paris.
I was also able to make a video for the base to show at the conference, sharing about a summer event coming up, doing inner city missions in Paris with people from all over the world.

First Graduating Class of YWAM Paris Connect!
As we closed out those last weeks, we saw the other two outreach teams from our school return back to Paris. It was so nice to be reunited again with all our friends and classmates.
We finished up our last week all together having lots of worship and prayer times, and we also got a few more teachings before the school officially ended topics on transitioning back home and how to bring missions into different spheres of society.
Finally the time came for us to graduate the discipleship training school.
The base staff did a wonderful job serving us all day, they set up a whole back yard bbq for our graduation. They made all the food and set up the chairs and tables and even built a stage for us to walk across that ended up turning into an open mic after the ceremony was over.
We all had a great time of being all together dressed up, each student was called up on stage and given out certificates of graduation, and a few students even shared some testimonies about how God has really changed their life during this discipleship school.
It was so much fun and a time I will never forget.
God has really changed me in more ways then I can even realize, and I know that it has been a marking year for me.
I have come to fully realize Christ love for me and I cannot stay the same after encountering what it means to live a life style of missions, serving and loving people the way that Jesus exampled here on earth.
A heart for Germany.

During this last few weeks of being on outreach in Greece and Paris, I felt to finally start praying towards what the Lord has next for me in my life.
For a long time I have always had Germany on my heart and always had an attraction towards the county and its culture.
For some reason while in Greece. I started praying towards what my calling is and I felt to ask God why I have this heart for Germany, and if it’s something that’s from the Lord for him to show me and speak to me about it.
As soon as I started praying about Germany God started bringing confirmation to me in random ways. Not long after God spoke to me in a time of worship saying “Go to Germany”.
I then started praying about the timing of when to go to Germany. Shortly after, one morning in Paris I was spending time with the Lord and praying and all the sudden I heard God’s voice so loud. Saying “Erin, Go to Germany”.
Amazed and in awe of the clarity God gives, I couldn’t help but start to cry.
For the longest time I didn’t think it was God’s plan for me to go there long term. I thought it was just a country and a culture that I loved, but God started showing me just how much that love really comes from him. And I started to realize that I couldn’t explain exactly why I loved Germany so much. It truly is God’s heart in me for this nation.
During another time of worship I heard him say “Don’t be afraid to step out”
with all this being said I would like to announce that I plan to go after what God has spoken and move to Germany!
Since the discipleship school here in Paris is now over I plan to stay in Europe on my one year visa.
I am now in the process of visiting different YWAM bases around Germany and seeing where God is leading me to be apart of.
I’m so excited in all of this realization, as it has really brought me closer in my relationship with God since I have said yes to his plans.
Psalm 37:4 "Delight yourself in the LORD, and He will give you the desires of your heart."

Bringing the news of the gospel to people who have yet to hear the name of Jesus or have yet to understand the gospel and true salvation.
I have left my job, my family and my own nation because I know that Jesus calls us to be disciples of all nations. In doing this I am living day to day trusting God for each need, and I have seen God provide in incredible ways over the last 6 months.
I'm seeking the need of either 2-3 monthly commitments financially for one year.
As my base fees here would be around $400 USD. This includes my rent and all my food and utilities for each month.
